In this course you will know how to build a sucessful team and get familiar with the basics of working in a team
The Course consists of 3 Units and is based on listening to a business trainer talk
You are going to listen to Karen King, a Manager at Minehead Automative, leading a session on Teambuilding. Team building is a philosophy of job design in which employees are viewed as members of interdependent teams instead of as individual workers. So, Karen will give us some advice about successful teambuilding.
Requirements
To complete this course (mostly listening and writing) students should have at least Intermediate level of English and some basic vocabulary on Teambuilding.
